Kristina Mura
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. I work with adults and adolescents navigating a range of life challenges. I’m here to meet you where you are as we explore what you’re going through together with curiosity, empathy, and care. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, allowing me to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals. My goal is to understand who you are, how you came to be, and the challenges you are currently facing, while supporting you in building self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-compassion. Together, we can process difficult experiences, heal from trauma, and shift thoughts and behaviours that may be contributing to your distress. I’m not the kind of therapist who just sits and listens; I actively offer insight and guidance to support you in the process. No matter how heavy things may feel right now, change is possible. I would be honoured to walk alongside you as we find solid ground and move toward the life you want.
